Winter Hibernation Announcement

Dear Spoon lovers,

We have decided to take a winter break and temporarily close Spoon Café on Sunday, November 22, 2020 through early February 2021.

With students departing for the holidays and projected increasing COVID rates coinciding with the upcoming flu season, we want to prioritize the health of our staff and do our part in keeping our community safe.

It has been a pleasure serving frozen delicacies to our community, and we hope to see many of you in the coming weeks and when we reopen again next year. Until then, our very best wishes for good health and happiness!!

see you in Feb.

Locally sourced Jersey milk from our neighbors in Berkshire County

Jerseys naturally produce the highest quality milk for human consumption. Compared to average milk, a glass of Jersey milk has greater nutritional value: 15% to 20% more protein, 15% to 18% more calcium, and 10% to 12% more phosphorous, and also considerably higher levels of an essential vitamin, B12. This nutrient-dense Jersey milk tastes better. The reason is there are more solids-nonfat, protein, calcium and lactose in her milk compared to other breeds.
